Learning outcomes

After completing the course students are able to
- recognize the influence of the EU-Russia conflict, which started in 2014, on forms of cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region
- discuss the role of regional organisations, environmental cooperation, cross-border cooperation, and policies (such as the Northern Dimension) in the region
- compare the scope and quality of cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region before 2014 and in 2015-16.

The course is taught at a CBIR Seasonal School in St. Petersburg.
