Learning outcomes

After the course, the student will have a broad based understanding of top management work. The students learn about top management tasks and decision making both based on existing literature and exposure to practice. The student will be able to critically analyze organizational and strategic management factors that have an impact on leadership. The students will have an understanding of the tasks of the board and the managing director.
