Learning outcomes

Students understand the role of service, and service logic in business design, management and organisations. Students understand the development of service research, and learn the different scientific discussions in this field of study.

Contents

The course includes different themes in the field of service research e.g. service experience, service design and service concepts, service productivity, service strategies for manufacturing companies, and paradigms in service research.
