General description
Today's fast-changing and complex working environments require us to engage in multiple styles of leading and learning. The ability to facilitate processes, collaborate and co-create in multidisciplinary /multiprofessional teams and use participatory methods to engage others are core academic / professional skills of university graduates. In this course, students will experience and experiment with a broad range of participatory methodologies and tools to facilitate group processes in English.
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, students are expected to be able to - use some participatory methods successfully in English - have a good insight into the types of support necessary for successful collaboration and co-creation in English - design, plan and facilitate a short participatory workshop session in English - reflect on and assess the impact of your personal style in facilitation and communication in English - reflect on and assess your ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary group in English

To achieve the learning outcomes, students will - engage in, experiment with and practice using a broad range of participatory methodologies and tools to facilitate group processes in English - participate in a series of interactive and reflexive workshops - provide and receive feedback
