The students are familiar with contemporary feminist theoretical discussions and have skills to critically approach feminist theoretical traditions.
Sisältö
The course focuses on feminist approaches to knowledge production, both earlier and current, and with different areas of feminist philosophy. Special focus is on contemporary discussions of differences and similarities between various feminist strands and theories.

The course is aimed only for Master level students.
Active participation in seminars + readings and independent work.
Degree students of the MDP in Gender Studies must complete 10 ECTS. Other students can complete either 5 ECTS or 10 ECTS. Please note that that the course is available only for Master level students.
