Learning outcomes
After the course student knows the basic principles of the different advanced fluorescence microscopy technologies and understands the opportunities and limitations for using them for quantitative microscopy.
Contents
The course will cover several modern microscopy techniques and special attention is given to applying microscopy imaging for doing quantitative research in combination with image analysis.
