Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the course and demonstration of a sufficient level of knowledge on the exam, the student will be capable of reconciling actual corporate finance behavior with at least our current factual understanding of the subject.

Corporate finance approached from an economic and behavioral perspective; An emphasis on specific standard corporate textbook questions considered unanswered.
