The student
- knows the basics/principles of the philophy of science in educational research
- is able to analyse and evaluate the premises of philosophy of science in educational research
Contents
During the course the following topics are covered: the basic concepts and questions of philosophy of science, the research methodology and concepts in educational sciences, research ethics. The foregoing is analysed both in relation to the educational research and the student's own master's thesis project.
