Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course unit, the student will be able to apply the conventions of business writing in producing user-friendly texts. In addition, they will have the ability to describe the processes that support user-friendly writing and apply these processes in practice. The student will recognise the typical features of business writing and explain how it differs from scientific writing. Furthermore, the student will be able to produce personal texts required in working life, such as CVs and job applications.

Contents

The student will complete written exercises, participate in class discussions, and produce different types of business documents.
