Learning outcomes

After completing the course the student knows the historical key phenomena of Northern Europe and is able to describe in general terms the historical change of the area.

Contents

The course provides the basic information on history of Northern Europe from prehistoric times to the present day. It also serves as an introduction to the history and culture of Finland.
