Learning outcomes

After the course, the student can:
- explain background of structure-related bioinformatics, including a theoretical background to start protein modeling.
- describe limits of usability of protein models, both in the case of experiment-based and theoretical models.
- use molecular graphics software to prepare publication-quality images.
