Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to communicate orally and in written form on different matters connected to familiar themes. In addition, they will be able to give quite detailed accounts of different situations and events, and understand such accounts. With the help of a dictionary, students will be able to read, without much difficulty, texts whose structural requirements correspond to standard newspaper language.
Contents
During the course, students are acquainted with basic Finnish grammar and vocabulary connected with different themes and engage in structural and communicative exercises focusing on the topics covered.
