The aim of this study programme is to develop and promote a shared expertise that is required in language-aware schools in a multicultural society.
Content
The studies provide preparedness to support the pupils' multilingual growth, and to pedagogically develop multilingual practices in schools. The programme is intended for the teaching staff whose job descriptions are being currently extended by the on-going change in their school's operating culture. Among others, staff groups of this type include the immigrant native language teachers and those teachers who give instruction in immigrant native language.
