The Social and Organisational Theory module (10 ECTS) consists of two courses, both 5 ECTS: Research on Society and Organisations offers students a broad understanding of the role of social and organizational theories in analyzing empirical problems, which relate to contemporary societal, political, and organisational change processes. Organisation Theory and Analysis provides an overview of organisation theory by identifying its main traditions and lines of empirical research.
