Sustainability in Development - UniPID virtual studies, 0–25 ECTS

Learning outcomes

University of Tampere participates in the Finnish University Partnership for International Development (UniPID) network of 10 Finnish universities. UniPID offers Virtual Studies courses to all students belonging to UniPID's Member Universities. Virtual Studies are provided on a variety of Sustainable Development topics and students have the opportunity to complete a minor in development studies as well. The courses available to all degree and exchange students at the University of Tampere.

Each UniPID course is intended for bachelors or masters level students. Students are responsible for making sure with their home department that the virtual studies can be included in their degree. Some advanced level courses with require prerequisites to participate. PhD students are also welcome to participate but are encouraged to check with their supervisor to ensure that courses can be included in their studies.

Numeric 1-5.

Further information

Students who have completed a minimum of 25 ECTS of UniPID studies can be issued an overall grade for the study module.
