Description:
Anturitekniikan syventävä opintojakso, jossa perehdytään mikroantureihin, niiden valmistukseen, toimintaperiaatteisiin ja sovelluksiin. Kurssi toteutetaan rinnakkain englanninkielisen opintojakson ASE-3036 kanssa. Luentosali on SC105B ja harjoitussali SE201.
