Course objectives
Training and learning in principles, techniques and tools in bioanalytical/biomarker techniques and its application and its value for environmental sciences and biotechnology.

Content of the course
This course will introduce to techniques and applications of modern bio-analytical techniques used in biotechnology and in environmental monitoring. Set-ups and operation of modern bio-analytical techniques, (HPLC, FPLC, photo- and fluorometry, electrophoresis techniques, biomarker and labelling techniques) and its applications in environmental sciences and biotechnology. A lab-exercise course will be organized at the end of the lecture period.
