At Tampere University, curricula are designed for three-years periods. However, the curricula for the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 have been decided annually.
Where can I find the curricula?
The curricula and teaching schedules may be found on Sisu and the Student’s Guide. The two systems are used in different ways.
On the Sisu system, you draft your personal study plan (PSP), enrol in teaching and keep tabs on the progress of your studies. Through the Student’s Guide you have easy access to the teaching schedules of the entire University because you may filter the course offerings in various ways.Furthermore, it is easier to filter all possible free-choice courses and modules through the Student's guide.

Expiry of studies
In principle, study modules, study units, theses, maturity tests, language proficiency attainments and postgraduate study attainments completed during studies do not expire and are counted towards the degree in their original scope.
Faculty councils may issue further grounds for the validity and expiry of completed study attainments.
More information on the rules applied to transition periods is available from the page Correspondence of old Studies
