Equality

The updated Equality Plan has been approved by the TAMK Executive Board in January 2024. The plan covers a wide range of equality matters from the perspectives of students and staff. At TAMK, equal treatment of all members of the community and building of psychological safety are seen as key themes. The plan also includes actions to promote equality in the near future.
