To achieve the learning outcomes, students will:
- acquaint themselves with the concept of dialogue
- analyse the role of language in the context of workplace communication
- practice strategies of sharing meaning through dialogue in a group
- develop strategies for dealing with conflict - engage in a common workplace task (e.g. negotiating a strategy for an organization)
