Relaxing yoga class, which is based on Vinyasa and Yin yoga. The class consists of Vinyasa’s smooth, running poses, which are synchronized to a breath. We also do Yin Yoga’s calm, long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work to the lower part of the body. This class is gentle way to improve strength and mobility of your body. This class is suitable for beginners.
