An exercise based on 24 repetitions that can be adapted to your fitness level. The class challenges both, the muscles and the oxygen uptake. You can choose whether you want to exercise the whole body or focus only on certain areas. The class includes a Tabata-based warm-up, about 30 minutes workout and cool down. The class is suitable for beginners.
