To achieve the learning outcomes, students will:

- read texts / watch videos and then take part in group discussions online

- give and receive feedback from other students

- learn vocabulary /phrases related to participating effectively in meetings and one-on-one situations

- reflect on their own intercultural and linguistic behavior / performance during the Demola project

- write a final reflection on their own linguistic and intercultural development during the course

Suoritustapa 1

Online work 52 h. This is an online course consisting of six milestones (all related to the team / project work in the Demola project) over a period of seven weeks.
