Research Process: Knowledge transfer skills in Tampere University, 1 op

The course contains 2 times 4 hour workshops.

Workshop 1 will contain:

1) the principles of knowledge transfer process of Tampere university.

2) The concept of intellectual property and different methods to protect it.

3) Different contracts relevant to research such as material transfer agreements, confidentiality agreements will be introduced

Workshop 2 will contain:

1) Principles of Impact canvas and NABC value creation tools and how these are applied for different purposes in evaluation and communicating the impact of research.

2) Practical work to make impact canvas and value proposition presentation based on own PhD research

Completion mode:

Participation to both workshops. Deliverables after workshops: Impact canvas and value proposition presentation based on their own PhD project.
