Logging in to electronic services

Tampere University and TAMK

The use of all TUNI electronic services requires that you have introduced multifactor authentication.

Log into all electronic services by using your TUNI email address.

When logging in, choose from the HAKA dropdown menu Tampere Universities / Tampereen korkeakoulut.

If you use a shared computer, remember to log out of the services you are using. Clear your browser's cache and history so that your data does not remain in the computer's memory. Finally, close your browser.

You find the list of electronic services in the intranet from the upper right corner Shortcuts link.

I forgot my password

You can change the password of your TUNI account at id.tuni.fi or at password.tuni.fi.

I can't log in to Moodle, intra etc

The multifactor authentication provided by Microsoft is in use for logging in to all electronic systems using your TUNI e-mail account. If you already have another Microsoft login in your browser - for example your employee's - it can automatically override TUNI Microsoft login. When having problems with logging in you should try another browser, incognito/private mode or clearing your cookies.

I can't log in to the work computer

Your password may have expired, in which case you can change it in the id.tuni.fi service. When logging in to your computer again, be sure to turn on the TUNI VPN in the login window of the computer, after which you can log in to the computer with a new password. See also Manage your password page.
