Laura Huhtala

I am a PhD student in the Cancer Regulation and Immunology group, which is a part of the faculty of medicine and health technology (MET). My dissertation focuses on epigenetic regulation and how it affects to malignancy of brain tumors, especially glioblastoma and ATRT. 

Different methods based on chromatin immunoprecipitation, such as ChIP, Hi-ChIP and Micro-C combined with targeted promoter pulldown.
