Onnellinen koiran omistaja, joka harrastaa terveysliikuntaa, reserviläistoimintaa, ammatillisten podcastien kuuntelua ja lukemista. Oman työn ohella teen myös epidemiologista kansanterveyden alaan kuuluvaa väitöstutkimusta koherenssin tunteen yhteydestä terveyteen.
A happy dog owner who engages in physical exercise, and reservist activities, listens to professional podcasts and reads. In addition to my own job, I am also conducting epidemiological research in the field of public health, exploring the connection between the sense of coherence and health.
Työtehtävät
Toimin lehtorina Sosiaali- ja terveysalan -osaamisyksikössä. Työtehtäviini kuuluvat tuki- ja liikuntaelimistön anatomian ja fysioterapian opettaminen, kipuun liittyvät aiheet, teveysalan yrittäjyys, opinnäytetöiden ohjaaminen sekä erilaiset hankkeet. Lisäksi toimin tiimivalmentajana TAMK Proakatemialla hyvinvointitiimissä, joka koostuu fysioterapia- ja sosionomiopiskelijoista. Tiimi toimii osuuskuntana ja toteuttaa alalle sopivia projekteja sekä harjoittelee yritystoimintaa opinnollistetusti.
I work as a lecturer at the Social and Health Care - Unit of Expertise. My job includes teaching anatomy of the musculoskeletal system and physiotherapy, topics related to pain, entrepreneurship in the health sector, guiding thesis works, and various projects. Additionally, I act as a team coach at TAMK Proakatemia in the well-being team, which consists of physiotherapy and social services students. The team operates as a cooperative and carries out projects relevant to the field while practicing business activities in an educational context.
