Oma esittely
I am a patient and client safety professional who draws energy from physical activity and time spent with family. In my free time, I enjoy exercise, reading, and activities that help balance everyday life. I have a background of more than 16 years in clinical nursing, and my current work combines pedagogy, research, and development.
I am a doctoral researcher in two universities, at the University Miguel Hernández of Elche (Spain) and at Tampere University, where I conduct my doctoral research on patient and client safety under international supervision. I actively participate in the research and development work of the EU COST networks CA24107 (SAFE ICU) and CA22152 (BetterCare), which strengthens my international expertise and professional collaborations. I am particularly motivated by evidence‑based safety development, the use of indicators and measurement tools, and multidisciplinary cooperation that supports safer services and impactful education.
