Oma esittely

My typical working day includes supporting & coaching Research to Business applicants and teams through either Masterclass: Commercialization of Research Findings or The Art of Starting workshops. I build Early-stage investor relations, represent Tampere University in Startup.Tampere ecosystem and develop Tampere University's research commercialization, working with researchers & staff towards research finding valorization.

My ikigai lies at Organizing and the Art of the Start. For me, these mean truly thriving to understand the customer & target market, ability to build lean systems to support business & market entry and being able to coach in these themes. 

I have M.Sc. degree from Tampere University (Economics and Business administration). I have experience from corporations, scale-ups and deep tech start-ups. I have focused on commercialization and marketing. 

Outside the university I have one sideline. Bakersfield & Moor Oy is my own one-woman consultation company specialized in organizing. I am also Co-founder in Biomendex, deep tech company, that products bone graft substitutes.
