This course covers the central themes and practices in managing complex project business andengages students in solving practical problems in project-based management.The learning objectives of the course are:<ul><li>student can identify and describe the main knowledge areas in management of project business</li><li>student is able to distinguish the perspective of managing a project from the perspective of managing a project-based firm</li><li>student is aware of main challenges in the management of the project-based firm and is able to link the challenges to relevant knowledge areas in project business </li><li>student has a readiness to analyze and solve practical challenges faced by project-based firm</li></ul>
