Introduction to Sound Design

Students is able to use basic sound design techniques and tools for games, interactive media, tv and films. Student is able to collaborate in an international student team.

Agreed at the beginning of the course, material is mostly in Tabula

Assignments and essays are evaluated, both by other students and teachers.

Schedule is in Pakki and Tabula

Most assignments are done with headphones. Have a good pair.

A microphone and a possibility to record to a DAW ( Digital Audio Workstation, ie Logic, Reaper, Audacity, Protools, Ableton Live etc is greatly recommended.

And if possible, it would be nice to use the same DAW.
