You can register for open UAS courses with an e-form or through a web shop. When registering through the web shop, you pay most single course fees are instantly; study modules containing several units (e.g. path studies) are billed separately. When you register through the e-form, the course fee is to be paid through the link delivered by email.

Registration is binding.

Online studies

Register for studies

This course is done completely online and independently in Moodle, and you can complete it at your own pace, at a time that suits you. You can start the course right away on Moodle. You don’t have to wait to be accepted on the course, you can start studying when you want. In order to get the credits, you also have to sign up officially in Pakki (TAMK Students) / Cross-Institutional Service (TAU Students). Please note that during the holiday seasons there are delays in the awarding of credits. TAMK students Pakki + course code NN00FQ18-3002 TAU students Cross-institutional service + course code NN00FQ18-3002 ! TAU-student: Cross-Institutional Service will be closed on 31st of May – 31st of July. During that period, you can already start and do the course on Moodle. In August you have to sign up officially in Cross-Institutional Service and after that coach will register you and you will get your credits.

Approved when you have demonstrated successful work towards the learning outcomes: you understand the main aspects of identifying and describing your knowledge, skills and competences. You can assess your own skills and connect them to your career plans. You have completed the learning assignments in Moodle. Failed if you have not succeeded in understanding the phenomena of identifying and describing your knowledge, skills and competences. You have not mastered the learning outcomes in a way that you could describe the required skills and asses your own capabilities. Not completing all learning assignments in Moodle.

This short course provides you with some insights on how to describe your knowledge, skills and competences. You will explore videos, articles, canvases, dialogue and and reflection as tools to get to the bottom of your own ways to build your future. Learning outcomes After completing the course you: - will understand the key elements of identifying and describing your knowledge, skills and competences - will know how to take your expertise into practice as entrepreneur or employee - will know how to apply your possibilities in your future working life
