COVID-19 instructions for incoming exchange students
Tampere University has updated its COVID-19 guidelines on 17 February 2022 that will remain in place between 7 March and 15 May 2022. The return to campus and the transition back to in-person teaching continues, but the safety precautions must be followed. The updated guidelines are set out in the Covid control plan.
Tampere University is adapting to the situation in order to help fight the spread of COVID-19. We will update this page with new information when it arises.
- 2 June 2022: From the beginning of autumn 2022 Tampere University will return to in-person teaching, however, teaching can also be delivered in a remote format for pedagogical reasons approved by the degree programmes. The more detailed teaching schedules (including teaching formats and places) will be published in June. Read more from the intranet
- 27 April 2022: Tampere University adopt THL’s recommendation on the use of face masks - from now on you are free to decide whether to wear a face mask on campus or not. Face masks are still available from the main entrances of the campus buildings throughout the spring semester
