TAMK's Student Wellbeing Services aims to enhance the well-being and welfare of students and to promote their ability to study. We offer easily accessible guidance and individual psychosocial support in any phase of your studies and on many different welfare issues you may face during your time at TAMK.

Student Wellbeing Advisor can help you with:
• study burnout
• study motivation
• coping with stress
• difficulties with depression or anxiety
• loneliness
• managing a crisis

Conversations with your Student Wellbeing Advisor will always remain confidential.

We promote students' well-being including psychological, emotional, social and mental welfare. We participate in several student well-being networks, incl. TAMK's Working Group on Student Wellbeing, TAMK's Crisis Group, FSHS / Kauppi Campus Working Group on Health and Tampere Universities' Working Group on Study Well-being Program. Also, professional support is provided to academic tutors and student counsellors related to student well-being issues.
