About me

I started my doctoral studies at Tampere University (of Technology) in August 2018 and defended my dissertation in July 2021. Then, I started a new position at Tampere University in September 2021, and I have been working as a postdoctoral researcher of construction management at Civil Engineering Unit since then. Currently, my main research interests and activities are addressing lean construction, collaboration in construction, collaborative project delivery, and sustainability.

In addition to my postdoctoral position at Tampere University, I am also a part-time programme manager at CIB (The International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction
