Systeeminen johtaminen

The program strengthens leadership and supervisory work in a complex educational environment by providing participants with new frameworks for systemic leadership and learning organization, and by providing concrete tools for everyday leadership work.

The project will reform school management by strengthening systemic management skills. Participants learn to see the school community as a systemic, constantly learning and changing organization and are given concrete tools to take lessons into everyday life. The cooperation between the University of Applied Sciences and the two business units of the University of Applied Sciences in the project strengthens the knowledge and expertise of the target group.
