The goal of the project is to develop new and versatile training programs for rubber industry to increase the skills of the employees in the companies. The aim of the training programs is to ensure the availability of the professional labour and thus to improve the competitiveness and growth of the sector in Pirkanmaa.
The training programs being developed are modular, which can be tailored to the different education levels and to the different needs of the rubber industry. During the project, Tampere Adult Education Center and the Tampere University will also pilot and further develop the developed training modules.
