NOPSA consists of three work packages:
Work package 1: Developing cooperation between vocational education and training providers and universities of applied sciences.

The project will produce models for identifying and recognising competence and utilising digital solutions in guiding studies and making competence visible. Studies planned and implemented in the UAS-VET cooperation in the fields of technology, communication and transport, a career guidance coaching programme for professional teachers and new models for language learning will also be produced. The cooperation will also promote attractiveness of the field of technology, communication and transport.

Disseminating and anchoring the results also takes place through professional teacher education organised by Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK). The emerging models are intended to be utilised nationwide.
