The Infection and Cancer -Research Group at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Technology, at Tampere University primary research focus is to tackle the Human papillomaviruses (HPV) – infection related cancer burden and provide better tolls and guidelines for the primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of HPV-infection as well as cervical - as other HPV related cancers.
