Extension studies and learning program for Mathematics

The project objective is to familiarise with methods which encourage students to develop their logic and critical thinking, recognise and deepen their knowledge needed in everyday life and their field as well as to use relevant instruments and methods in problem solving.

Goal

LUMATIKKA is an extension study programme on mathematics learning and teaching, which is organised by the network of science and technology universities called LUMA Centre Finland and several universities of applied sciences. TAMK is in charge of the Mathematics for Vocational Education section.
