Boost for Pirkanmaa

The goal is to develop horse entrepreneurs' wellbeing and knowhow and enhance their networking. Development of these areas will also result in better business results.

The project concentrates on Tampere region entrepreneurs who work with horses. The goal is to develop their wellbeing and enhance their networking, which will result in overall development of horse enterprises. The entrepreneurs will be offered education in the fields of wellbeing, stable functions and business. Additional training is organised in small groups for those who want to participate. The project will produce a digital platform where information is shared and where enterprises can add their open positions and employees announce when they are looking for work. It is also a platform for networking. The project arranges two benchmarking trips, one in the Nordic countries and the other in Finland to gain new knowledge and share information.
