Responsibilities

As director of the Business and Media school, I am responsible for the degree program education and RDI operations as well as continuous learning and co-operation with Finnish and international stakeholders. Together with heads of competence areas, and 120 lecturers, principle lecturers and other staff, we execute bachelor’s and masters’s education in the areas of business, hospitality management and audiovisual media for 2500 students. I also work in TAMK's Management Team.

Research topics

In my doctoral thesis from 2020, I studied the opportunities and obstacles to developing the competences of business administrations and engineers over the age of 40.
