Youth, Climate Change, and the European Court of Human Rights

Welcome to attend to the international virtual conference Youth, Climate Change, and the European Court of Human Rights organized by Tampere University and the ALL-YOUTH project, funded by the Strategic Research Council under the Academy of Finland, in collaboration with the Finnish Human Rights Centre. 

The virtual conference day brings together environmental and human rights scholars, practitioners, and young people from around the world to reflect and debate on the current topics in the field of environmental human rights and youth climate litigation.  

David R. Boyd, UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and Environment and Dr. Daphina Misiedjan, Assistant Professor, International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Erasmus University Rotterdam are confirmed as keynote speakers. The conference is free of charge, but all participants are required to register by 20 November 2020 via the conference website. A link to the virtual conference will be sent to all registered attendees before the event.
