We have received questions regarding downloading and opening SFS standards. Here you will find concise instructions on how to proceed.

Standard files are DRM protected. When you use the SFS Online collection remotely for the first time, you need to install the FileOpen plugin on your machine at http://plugin.fileopen.com/all.aspx. For more information on DRM protection and solutions for problem situations, visit the SFS pages.

To open standards, you should use Firefox or Internet Explorer browser, and you should open PDFs in Adobe Reader. Some security programs may also cause problems with the use of e-resources.

Log in to the service via the library's A-Z Databases list or Andor with your Tuni ID. If a white page opens for you, for example, press F5 to update your browser.
