Thanks to those who participated in the library's customer survey!

We received a nice number of responses to our customer survey and now we thank all the participants and appreciate the comments we received! We review your feedback carefully and strive for even better library services.

We received a total of 1202 responses to the survey, of which 965 were student feedback and 212 were feedback from teaching and other staff.

The results are such that the library's customer and counseling services received an average of 4.24 (scale 1-5) in the survey, so you have been satisfied with our services - thank you for that!

We will inform the winners of the competition prizes as soon as possible and we will contact them personally!

We will also provide more detailed information on the results of the customer survey later after the analysis of the results has been done.
