The admissions process

In the second joint application round, some students are admitted based their school leaving certificate. Those who are admitted in this way will be informed of their place of study in the service mainly before the entrance exams for each subject, but no later than 30 May. Tampere University will organise almost 30 entrance exams on its campuses in May and June.

In the admissions to master’s programmes, students with an appropriate university degree are admitted directly to the programme. As a rule, admission to master’s level studies is based on the application documents submitted by the applicant.
