IWBAS International Week on Business and Services Unit

Due to a decision made by board of Tampere University of Applied Sciences, we must sadly confirm that the IWBAS 2020 is CANCELLED due to COVID-19 concerns. IWBAS is an International Week of Business and Services Unit held at Tampere University of Applied Sciences on Monday 16th – Friday 20th of March 2020. The event gathers 40 lecturers from around the world to share their expertise as well as explore the Finnish culture and get the authentic Nordic experience.

In 2020 IWBAS goes Arctic, which means the lecturers have a unique opportunity to travel all the way to the Arctic Circle to visit Rovaniemi: the capital of Finnish Lapland and the home of Santa Claus.

Before leaving Tampere, they will hold inspiring lectures and workshops for students in TAMK. The schedule for these can be found in the program. The IWBAS week is mandatory for 1st and 2nd year Liko and IB students. Students can enroll for the courses on Tabula.
