I am a University Teacher at the Faculty of Management and Business, Tampere University, Finland. My doctoral research focused on China’s economic engagement with Africa and the implications for human capital development in Africa. My primary areas of research interest are in the areas of Sino-Africa relations and its implications for Africa’s socio-economic development, Human capital development, International development, Strategic International human resource management in MNCs and SME management in Africa. I have published in these research areas in international peer reviewed journals including Forum for Development Studies, Journal of Business Research, African and Asian Studies and Human Resource Development International.
