Services for print-disabled
If you are print-disabled, you can borrow course books with four weeks loan period. To get the longer loan period, please contact the Library’s customer service. Tampere University’s special arrangement agreement and Tampere University of Applied Sciences’ support voucher makes the process faster. You can read more about these ways of support from the students’ intranet.
The books of Celia library are available for customers who have difficulties with reading an ordinary book due to a disability or other similar reason. You can register as a Celia user via our Library. The use of the Celia service is free of charge.
Celia is a national center for accessible literature and publishing in Finland, which produces and provides literature in accessible formats. Celia produces and distributes literature in accessible formats, such as talking books and braille books, together with public libraries and publishers.
