Quality and feedback
Tampere University Library operates according to the common quality assurance practices of Tampere University. The University's Quality Management System is defined in the University Quality Handbook. The Quality Handbook is supplemented along with the Library's operating instructions and University’s intranet news releases and instructions.
Feedback from customers is essential to us. We record and respond to all feedback. We will try to fix the issues that emerge from the feedback and take into account all customer feedback and suggestions to improve our services.
Give us your feedback via online form, email, chat or phone, or in the Library by using the feedback form or directly to the staff. You can also write your greetings on the feedback wall in Linna and Arvo.
